Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 and of legal age to access adult content where you live. By using Pornhwa Database, you agree to these terms.

This is a community database and discovery platform. It catalogs works and community contributions. It does not provide full chapters for reading.

The Privacy Policy explains what information I collect, what becomes public and how long I keep it.

Keep your account and API credentials secure. You are responsible for your use of the service.

Do not:

• Spam, harass others or knowingly submit false information.
• Manipulate ratings or other community activity, including through coordinated accounts.
• Evade bans, verification requirements, moderation restrictions or usage limits.
• Attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service or collect data through unauthorized automated tools.

Public participation may require account verification and a waiting period. Contributions may be held for review or excluded from public scores.

Only submit content you have the right to share. You grant me permission to display and distribute your submissions as part of Pornhwa Database.

Do not upload unauthorized full-chapter scans or sequences of images that function as chapter-reading material.

I may review, reject, correct, hide or remove contributions that violate these terms or the site's submission rules. Public contributions may remain part of the database after you stop using your account.

When using the public API, follow the API policy. It sets out permitted uses, attribution requirements and restrictions on reproducing the database.

Third-party works, names and images belong to their respective rights holders. To report infringement, follow the Copyright & Takedown page. I may hide or remove reported material while reviewing a complaint.

I may restrict or suspend accounts for violations of these terms, including spam, manipulation or other abuse.

You can request account deletion through Discord. I handle each request individually. Deletion does not necessarily remove approved database edits or moderation records. Contact me about specific contributions you want removed.

The service is provided as available. Community information may contain errors, and uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. External websites and services have their own terms.

To the extent permitted by law, I exclude liability for losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees.

I may update these terms as the service changes and will update the date on this page. If you do not agree to the updated terms, stop using the service.
