By accessing and using Pornhwa Database, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use this service.
Pornhwa Database is a community database and discovery platform. The service catalogs metadata such as titles, tags, character information, scene information, ratings, reviews, lists, and other community contributions.
Pornhwa Database is not a chapter-reading site and does not host or provide access to full chapter reading on this website.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- •Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information
- •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
- •Use automated tools to scrape or collect data without permission
- •Circumvent or abuse rate limiting systems
- •Abuse the tracking or list systems
- •Spam comments on lists or other user content
Public Display: Your username is publicly displayed on the leaderboard, reviews, ratings, and other contributions. Choose your username carefully as it will be visible to all users.
Content Submissions
When you submit content to Pornhwa Database:
- •You confirm you have the right to submit the content
- •You grant me a license to display and distribute your submissions
- •You understand submissions may be moderated or rejected
- •You can upload images to the gallery, subject to upload limits
- •Gallery uploads are user-submitted content and may be moderated, hidden, or removed
- •You must not upload unauthorized full-chapter scans or bulk sequential images that function as reading material
- •Duplicate images are automatically detected and rejected
- •List comments are user-generated content and may be moderated
- •Public tracking entries are visible to other users on your profile
Reviews and Ratings
When you submit reviews or ratings:
- •Your reviews and ratings are publicly displayed
- •You can edit or delete your own reviews and ratings at any time
- •Rate limiting applies to prevent abuse
Reading Tracking
When you use the tracking feature:
- •You can track your reading progress with status, chapter, dates, notes, and priority
- •Tracking data can be public or private based on your settings
- •Individual entries can be marked private even if your tracking list is public
- •Personal notes are not moderated but should not contain offensive content
- •You can export your tracking data in multiple formats
User Lists
When you create and manage lists:
- •You can create up to 50 lists with up to 1000 items each
- •Lists can be set as public or private when created
- •Public lists can receive likes and comments from other users
- •List comments are subject to moderation and rate limiting
- •You can edit or delete your own comments at any time
Copyright and Rights Holder Notices
Pornhwa Database references third-party works for cataloging and discovery purposes. Copyrights, trademarks, series names, logos, cover art, and other proprietary material belong to their respective owners.
Some content on the site, including metadata edits, reviews, list comments, and gallery uploads, may be submitted by users. If you believe any content on Pornhwa Database infringes your rights, review the Copyright & Takedown page and contact me through the listed Discord channel.
I may review reported content and remove, hide, or restrict access to material at my discretion while investigating a complaint. I may also contact the relevant uploader or contributor if needed.
Account Termination
I reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, including but not limited to spam, abuse, or malicious activity. You may delete your account at any time by contacting me via Discord.
Content Retention: When you delete your account, public content you have created (such as reviews, ratings, approved submissions, public lists, and list comments) may remain visible on the site. This helps maintain the integrity of the community database.
Limitation of Liability
I am not liable for any damages arising from your use of this service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to Terms
I may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. I will update the "Last Updated" date when changes are made.
