A slave who as a kid was sold for a low price to general Kwak. Despite of his low status, he met a good fortune and had a carefree childhood under the general and his wife. He may be a slave, but he learned swordsmanship from Su-rim and how to read & write from So-hee. As So-hee and Yeo-reum begin to express their feelings towards Dol-soe, his worries start to deepen.
